Browse their collection of games for a variety of consoles, select the games you'd like the rent, and expect to see your first rentals in your mailbox soon (in most cases, within a day). Keep each game as long as you like; once you're through, mail it back to receive your next rental. Gottaplay has consolidated several video game rental clubs and subsequently added several more shipping centers, which means their shipping is amongst the fastest available.

You won't see this company heavily advertised like Gamefly because it raises their bottom line. They are here to show fellow gamers, like me and you, that renting video games can be affordable for everyone who has to have their fix quick and cheap.

You don't have to pay for postage either way, like all other video game rentals, GottaPlay takes care of it. GottaPlay has 6 major shipping locations across the US, so our games arrived within 2 days. The average shipping time was 2 days. It does say on their site that some areas will have 24 hour shipping.

Good Points:
GottaPlay gets good points for simplicity of their search and ordering systems and customer service. You are given a toll free number to call for any type of support and their staff deliver. Their ordering system is easy to use and hassle free.

Bad Points:
I think GottaPlay can benefit from having more pictures and previews of their games. If I was wanting to hire a game for the first time, I would like to know more about it without have to search elsewhere.

We were happy with our overall experience with GottaPlay, and give it a 5 star rating. GottaPlay is in the top two websites for online game rental and is still improving and expanding every day. With pricing starting at $8.95, it's hard to find better value for money.
