RentZero Details - Full Review

General Overview:
The first thing you notice when you visit the RentZero website, is their lack of design skills! They run a slick operation, you'd think they could pay a decent web designer? Looking past web design, they actually have a very impressive ordering system. Simple and easy, they way I like it. We were impressed by their customer service skills, their large game selection and the speed of shipping.

One point that is worth mentioning (becuase I think this is important), is that RentZero ship all their games with manuals. Manuals are essential when you are first learning a game, so I think that's it's important.

Good Points:
Three points that really set RentZero apart from the competition are 1) you can reveive a free 14 day trial, which is the longest trail offer in the business 2) all games are sent with user manuals (no other rental compnay does this) and 3) they have over 5,000 titles to choose from, that's more than 1000 more than their nearest competitor.

Bad Points:
RentZero scores some bad points for website design. The site looks like it was designed by a child. Surprisingly, their ordering system is easy to use and quick but the design is really lacking. Another bad point, is they only currently support 4 consoles.

Our Rating:
RentZero would have scored 5 stars if the website design was up to scratch and they supported more consoles. The big upside is, you can get a free trail for 2 weeks. That's plenty of time to test out what they have to offer and play some games from their 5,000 strong selection.
